M2 Aqua Battery / Charging problems

 Hi, my problem is that my phone is not charging. I've left a couple of hours yesterday and today as well, but the problem is not resolved. I leave it to charge for hours, the LED is red how normalente happens when the phone is charged, and if I turn the screen charging show the icon of charge, but does not advance (ie, as if charged or 1%) after a few hours (4 or 5) the mobile is switched on automatically but only has a 1% load and no load on being nothing more but to go off again starts charging, and so all the time the process is repeated. What could be the problem, I can solve it by myself or would have to take it to a technician? Thanks to all

What if you use different chargers? if you experience the same, contact your local Sony Xperia support

Yep, i use different chargers, and try with the USB on PC, but the problem persists. =/

then it is a hardware issue.
