LWW problem after update

After update to 4.0.4 my phone is restarting few times per day, I  try repair update in pc companion, update via update service and factory data reset. Nothing help phone is still restarting after 2-4 hours. I needed to turn off sim card lock to get a bit of normal functionality but still offten restarting cause draining battery

it is randomly for no reason, it happen even with clean android 4.0.4.

PS: this is my 3rd account already and dunno maybe im so retard but after logout i cant log in and after sending request for new password once i got email once not, even if i change password i still cant log in and it happen on sony smartphone account
