LT18a will not work on AT&T 2g networks.

This continues to be an on going issue for me. Does anyone know a fix? As soon as I leave 3g areas, the probe goes into emergency calls only mode. It is not a sim issue because it has already been replaced and works fine in all other devices I have tried. Is there a fix????

Try to select GSM (2G) mode under Network settings,see if that helps,otherwise you can always keep a prepaid Sim that you can pop in ,in such areas.

It is on GSM only, and still does the same thing. I have tried another sim,  at which point it will show it has service for about 2-4 minutes,  but will not let you send any calls or texts.  I did get a voicemail notice one time, but it will always go to a emergency calls only mode.
