Low Volume from caller

ANyone experience this problem? the caller voice seems to be a little bit soft..

From the handset itself or via Bluetooth?  Many people are complaining about call volume issue with Bluetooth devices (although the phone appears to be at fault).  I don't think most people are having a problem with the phone's own speaker.

from the speaker itself... strangely.. it sounds good on bluetooth...

I'm also facing the same problem. I've tried updating the software, repairing / re-installing the OS and factory reset but the problem still persists. I'm yet to visit the Sony Service Center.

The in-call voice is dead low that you always have to find a closed room to speak with somebody over the phone. This is VERY VERY BAD & FRUSTRATING.

I would recommend that you contact a service location to have this investigated and fixed.
