Low volume for incomming call z5

The incoming call volume is low even after upgrading to Android 6. I missed some call due to unheard volume. I tried different ring tone but no success.  is it any application to boost Ringgold without root the device?

unfortunately no, but have you tried settings a longer tone or perhaps a music file, just click on the plus sign on the notification sounds screen

I noticed since I got my phone in February that whenever I use the speakerphone, I only get audio from the bottom speaker of the phone.  Should I be hearing audio from both speakers?

Also I find that the audio is very low compared to my previous phone (samsung galaxy s3).  I find it especially difficult to hear anything while driving.  The S3 was not an issue.  Anyone else find that the audio loudness is terrible?  I'm wondering if others can share their experience.

I have been wondering for a couple of months now and haven't been able to see any online information or experience about a problem similar to mine with my Xperia z5.

The speaker seems to work fine when playing videos, and music.

The problem I am experiencing is during:

• my phone ringing, only the bottom speaker has audio. no audio from the top speaker.
• speakerphone, only the bottom speaker has audio. no audio from the top speaker.

Is this by design or am I the only one with this problem?

I have my new device Sony z5 premium dual sim and I am suffering from very low loudspeaker volume specialy in ringtone while incoming phone call, and by searching the Web I found a tip that says tap on settings --> about device ---> diagnosis --> test --> LOUDSPEAKER
And by making it I found that it fails on that test (I heard no sound) can any one help me plzzzzzz
