low internal storage space

Hello everyone,

I bought a new xps few days back.

It's fantastic phone. but one thing disappointed me is the internal storage.

The whitepaper says that it has 32GB internal storage. But my phone shows only 26GB.

I am really worried. Is this normal?

or should i contact sony service center?

Yes this is fairly normal. You lose some to the general system file of the memory card and then there is a reasonable amount of content already on there such as the user guide, HD photos and a demo video or two.

Oh i see.

I have 2GB internal storage for apps + 26 GB + system partition.

So this is how it is 32GB.
