Low in-call volume after software update

Hi,

I updated my SOny Xperia J phone yesterday with latest software update released. nd now, the in-call volume has gone down totally. I have ask my friends to shout so that I can listen to what they are talking about when I receive calls.

Please do let me know what solutions are available for resolving this ASAP?

I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.
