low in call volume 4.3 9.2.A.1.199

I m facing low in call volume problem with my Xperia T.

The sound is great but too low.

I ve already try everything at Call settings menu.

- Microphone noise suppression

-equalizer normal,bright,smooth

-Speaker voice enhancement.

-Hearing aids.

I have try to call with all of these turned off.

I have try to call with all of these turned on.

I have try to call with different combinations of these settings.

Volume buttons working well.

i think this become after 4.3 update.

also my friends sometimes can't hear me so i have to talk loud.

i have already re install the software using pc companion and i have the same results.

This Xperia T is original and i have never unlock the bootloader also never root the phone.

Edit:

I have try the service menu by typing *#*#7378423#*#* and i hear very clear and loud the demo. Louder than in call volume.
I wish the phone has this in call level of volume

At a quiet enviroment i can hear someone very well but when i am outside is the problem.

Also when i am connecting the headset the volume is too loud and i have to decrease it.

When i disconnect the headset, the in call volume is lower than before and i have to reconnect the headset and  increase the volume to maximum level.

But after all the in call volume is low.

I always clean the grille of the phone.
