low battery back up

my sony xperia sola have low battery back up.the charge down in one day.

that's normal on smartphones, if you leave wifi, bluetooth, 3G/data sync on all day it will drain your battery a LOT faster, battery apps, ram apps, taskillers and antivirus drain your battery quite fast and are unnecessary
