Loud Speaker Problem

Hi All

My Xperia T has recently developed a problem with its loud speaker; it won't play sound when listening to music or playing a movie.

I've checked all the usual sound settings, tried resetting, etc, and am on the latest software update (195).

It still plays the call and message tones OK, and I can still listen to music and movies through the headphones.

Seems like a software bug to me.

Any ideas please?

How strange. Have you tried to reinstall the phone software using SUS?

Thanks for the suggestion.

I've taken the phone into my service provider (Vodafone) and they've sent it back to Sony for a look. It's gonna take around seven to ten days but hopefully it'll come back sorted.

Download "Xperia Diagnostics" from google play and test ear speaker but it wont work. Plugin earphone and remove then do the test again and repeat the same no. of times. It will start working
