loud battery error

okay..

I was on holiday and I decide to go swim to pool. I took my two month old sony z3 with me so i could take photos underwater.

I was in the water like 15min and max half meter down. sony promise that i could be underwater 30min and half meter down with z3.

after that i saw like 2hours later that my camera front and back was full of water...

after 5 hours I was trying to put my sony loading but it wount load it.

now after 3 days when that happened I tryied to load it but it wount.. only very slowly.. last night it load it 50% in (9hours..)

the battery is also very slow now a days.

and yes I did close all the portals!

what could I do? or should I just fix it in shop and sony pays?

and sory for my bad english!

Hi, if you suspect water damage you can either take it back to your place of purchase or contact your local Xperia Care Centre......if as you say the flaps were tightly closed insist that a Vacuum test is carried out on your phone, this will determine if your phone is indeed waterproof with all the flaps closed.

Best of luck :smileysmileywink:

Hi,

It's hard for us at the support forum to answer that question since repair may differ from market to market. Your local support team should be able to give you further information about this too.
