Lost phone, no backups

Hi!

I lost my Sony Xperia Z3 compact phone yesterday. Sadly I have not made backups manually, though I have gotten messages like "you have not backed up your phone in X days" (by using only the default backup program). Is there any possibility for recovery of data?

I am sorry,if you do not have the device and you didn't backup anything,you won't be able to recover.

Yeah, I wouldn't expect to be able to recover in my situation. But I guess what I am asking is, what was the backup going in the background? I mean, it didn't say I never backuped, it said I have not backed up in couple of days, normally.

If you didn't do it manually,the backup wasn't done by itself.

Only if you set your Google account on initialization setup to automatically back up your data, you'll be able to recover contacts, passwords, and some settings. And if you had Google Photos automatically back up your pictures and videos you'll be able to recover them too. There's no way to recover Apps data, messages, documents, and settings.
