Unfortunately, we cannot locate your phone. Did you activate my Xperia in your phone? If yes, try to locate it from here:

Note that, if nothing nothing happens when you try to locate it there can be several reasons why:

If you are using the Extended standby mode / STAMINA mode on your device, mobile data is automatically disabled when the screen is off. This prevents my Xperia to locate, lock, erase or alert your device. Use another phone and call your cell phone to wake up the screen. Then try again to locate, alert, lock, or erase your device.

If your device is turned off when trying to locate, alert, lock or erase, the function will be carried out as soon as the device is turned on again.

If you lost your device when being abroad, and it does not have data roaming turn on, my Xperia cannot control your device.

If you are unlucky, the person who has found your device turns it off, inactivates my Xperia or disables any necessary service, my Xperia will not be able to control your device.

Hello developer,

I treasured my mobile phone for past two years.. i liked my phone so much that I always recommended Sony to eveyone... and now its being lost.. its a dammmm smart phone and u say it cannot be traced back just bczz  it has no internet access.. U kidding???? Sony is one of the top reputed brands and it cannot trace a mobile without internet....????? so you mean that we should not have Wi-Fis at our home.. and strictly should stick to coslty mobile data charges.. is that the flexibility you provide? I hve all the documents.. from the bill.. to the IMEI number.. i have the dabba with mea till date.. have all the useless documents of my cell phone... should i burn it off now?????? just bcz i prefered to access wifi rather than mobile internet.. this is the security u provide? if so than the comapny should provide a disclaimer that dont use sony without mobile internet access!:/ czz lumia and samsung can be traced and its traced and found. FIND SOMETHING THAT CAN GIVE MY CELLPHONE BACK TO ME..!
