lost baseband and imei

I have problem on my Xperia v. After I upgrade my OS why my my device can't read SIM card and I lost imei and baseband. My phone detail change from lt25i to lt25c. Can someone help me?

Did you manually flash or use PC Companion - I'm guessing you used Flashtools and flashed the wrong .ftf firmware file

i also face same problem . lost imei and mobile phone no acept the sim card . please guide me how to fix my problem now?
