lost all my contacts

Went to definitons / applications / applic. management / clear data. Besides loosing all my contacts I´m unable to register any other contact. How can I recover this info? thanks

open the phonebook > menu> filter > where do you have stored your contacts?

thanks, i just do that but anyway say i no have contats on phone and memory card, but appears the names on calls list!!!

try this

backup/sync with google > once done > on your computer access your gmail > contacts > if ALL your contacts are there then on your phone

settings > apps > all > phonebook > clear everything > restart your phone > phonebook > menu > filter > uncheck all options > check google
