loss of photo icon

I have been trying to disable apps that I did not need or use on my phone but have inadvertently removed the photo icon from my home page. Can anyone help me to identify what I have done specifically and how to recover this?

Go to settings-apps-all,scroll down to camera,tap on it and enable.

Photo icon is the camera icon? Or you mean Album?
