Loose jack port issue

Hi, I bought my Z3C in the end of june 2015 and in october 2015 I realised that when I was holding my phone in the pocket and moving, my headphones were disconnecting every few seconds. It works only when i push my jack into the port, and only in one position, so it's not possible to use headphones in my phone. I read on the Internet that a few more users had the same issue. What can I do with it?Thanks and have a good day everyone

That's a hardware issue, you have to contact your Local support

Hi thanks for your suggestion but I need to ask, do you know how long can it take? I was always scared of giving my phone away to them and being without any phone for a longer time. Or can they give me some kind of temporary phone?
