loose flaps

The flap of my xperia z2 which is for the charging / USB port is very loose. It gets opened whenever i Take the phone out of my pocket. Will it affect the phones waterproofing?

hello sir/madam i am facing the loose flaps problem with my xperia Z2 every time when i took my phone out of my pocket my phone`s side flaps are getting opened please help me o fix this problem

I have just received my phone back for the 3rd time for the same issue. I'm not sure if this is a common fault or if I am one of the unlucky ones.

I got mine changed but there is no point. The problem is still there. I have complained to Sony.

i bought an xperia z2 and after one year i have problems with this thing that cover charging slot in left side , i close it  but after one minute is opening by it self , i want to know if i can repare this thing

Check the rubber seal and around the housing for anything that shouldn't be there - Failing that you can buy a full set of flaps very cheap from Amazon for example and are extremely easy to replace yourself

Tbh all xperia flaps are a few $/€/£ on amazon or ebay and are easy to replace.
