Just want to know if there is a need to dismantle the unit when replacing the USB Charging Cover (flaps) or it is just snapped on to the unit.

Its been my 4th time to return to the center but the problem keeps on comming back even though they replace the flap, (its their second time to replace it) I already bought the docking charger so I wont have to use the flap often but still the problem came back. Is it possible to ask / recommend for a unit replacement. My officemate's friend bought a ZR several weeks I bought mine but as of today his ZR has no loose flap issue. Man this is so frustrating.... Is it possible for a unit replacement? They replace the flap then after 15-20 days the problem cones back. They did it twice already first they ask me to pay because of the cosmetics blah blah then after the second time they did not charge me. What is happening I paid for the flap for nothing???. Can you guys recommend even in this email for a unit replacement because clearly the problem is not on the flaps.
@ alexander I called them before and they told me to bring it in the service center not I am going back there again for the 4th time. But what they do is always replace the flap... Something is really wrong here

Hi don't know if this feed is still live but just wanted to give my experience. I was able to get my usb flap replaced under warranty so all good... Apart from a very small chip in the corner of my screen upon receipt of my phone from the service centre. Just emailed xperia customer care to enquire if they will fix this under warranty.
