Loose back panel and usb port cover

Hi. Back panel is loose but I don't think it has something to do with the battery. Also, the usb port cover is loose. I just had it replaced about four months ago. Please help. Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that but since those are hardware issues, you have to contact your Local support

On a side note, did you repaired the phone yourself or through an official Sony Xperia Care center?

I agree with the suggestion posted by @uliwooly, I recommend that you get in touch with your Local support in order to be assisted in sending your device in to an authorized service center.

@uliwooly I did bring my phone to Sony directly. But after a few months, I have a loose port cover again.

@Emir I actually have plans to bring back the phone to service center. But I'm kinda hesitant that it will only do good after a few months. Just like what happened before

I am very sorry to hear that. I assure you that the service centers do their best in order to repair your device, hopefully you won't experience the same again.
