Looking for a longer micro usb cable, preferably an OEM

Hello,

I want to buy a micro usb cable, a longer one than the cable sent along with the phone (80-100 cm), to connect my phone with my pc. I've seen many cables online but I don't have a clue which one is safe or an OEM. I hope someone can help me.

Most items like that are made in bulk and sold to companys like Sony etc then whatever is left get sold to other businesses but at a higher price - It costs me about 6 pence in the UK to buy cables like that so Sony must pay by far less so OEM doesn't apply to the cable you want - However it maybe better for you to buy a USB extension cable for example here which I found on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/USB-2-0-Extender-Lead-Black-Extension-Cable-12cm-25cm-50cm-1m-1-8m-3m-5m-U...

It is like say an electrical extension you plug your cable into one end and the other into the socket or in this case your Pc or Laptop

You could buy a larger mini USB cable or buy an extension cable which you could use for other items for example Printers or external hard drives etc

I got an extension from A_s_d_a...

simply the end that comes with the charger plugs in, the other end either in the plug or pc....about 3 to 4 ft long...long enough anyway....cost £4
