I ordered the Xperia Z and I'd like to have my device always updated for the next 3-4 years. There will be official support for future Android versions for such a period? I'd like to see at least one update to the latest version per year.

If you're lucky you'll get one maybe two firmware updates for the whole liftetime of your phone... and that's it!
There is no update guarantee - deal with it...
The latest version of Android available currently is 4.2 and we will update Xperia Z to that version.
It's not possible for us to guarantee that future versions of Android that has not even been announced will be compatible with existing products.
