Lollipop Update Problem

I am trying to update my z2 D6503 through pc companion, it shows new software is available but when i try to update its giving me error 302. I am not getting OTA notification for lolliop, any help.

Could you try with a different computer but it might be a temporary server issue.

I have tried on different PC n laptop but same error 302. Software is downloaded but it gives me installation error
