I can't change the wallpaper on my lockscreen

You can change the lock screen at Settings > Display > Lock screen > [choose location and picture].

Nope, that is what I do to change the wallpaper. It doesn't work, it only accepts Sony's default wallpapers but not personal ones i.e from Album. It brings a message stating, could not change wallpaper. What to do?

The version of my xpera L is 15.3.A.1.14 and they don´t actualize, what i do ?
