I bought a new phone about an year ago with a hope to get quality product from sony in the starting, my xperia I was only lagging when charger was plugged. But later there was no further updates of android. Now I'm not able to set my wallpaper and the phone is outdated. Please help me use the same phone Atleast till I'm satisfied with the service. Ifound this is the way sony treats it's customers then I would like to change my phone, TV and camera to a better brand.. Help me keep my loyalty with sony and make it worth..
