Locked screen

My screen is locked, and do not recall my password after having had to enter my PIN code for SIM card. I can get calls and respond, but can only make emergency calls. I tried hard resets, factory resets, google password changes, but nothing  helps. Please assist

Is it locked from a 3rd party app then? Could you post a picture as I think you won't be able to take a screenshot?

Not sure. Can't take a screenshot. Could be chrome that crashed...

Can you try to perform a software repair so we give it a shot to remove the lock?
