lock screen does not display any notification or any lock screen widget after lollipop update

hello,

i updated my phone to lollipop 5.0, it is in general good till now,

but i have two very silly problems:

1) no notifications are displayed on my lock screen even for missed calls or sms's .. there is no any icon or symbol that informs me if i have missed any call or received a message ; and i have to unlock my phone every time to check

in the Settings -> Sounds and Notifications -> i selected the option to show all the notifications.. but nothing changed

2) also on the lock screen , not widget for the walkman or the sound cloud to enable me to pause the players or to navigate to the next song 

please advise how can i solve any of these issues...

notification access

make sure that there are apps listed there.

Are you using a third party lock screen app?

Have you enabled under Sound and notification to show all notification content when device is locked?

i already have the option "show all notification content" selected

but there are no apps listed in "Notification access" screen

so what can i do?

and also how can i know if i have a third party app for this?

Simple 

sound & notifications > scroll down > App notificications > select the app

how many accounts do you have on your phone? is this the main account?

You should be able to see 

settings > sound & notification > under notification > notification light , when device is locked, app notifications, notifications access

open app notifications > select the app

I discovered the reason of the problem, the email app of my work called afaria has an access to my lock screen
I disabled it and then disabled the email app
Then the problem is solved

But I had another problem now is that I will not have my work email on my device :S
