after updating to jelly bean 4.2.2
the lock screen only have quick setting for camera
i want also make it for walkman application???
how can i do that?

The Walkman player does unfortunately not have any lock screen widget. If you start Walkman you will see a control for it on the lock screen but you need to unlock the phone to start Walkman.
