I cannot feel being special the fact that I have a prestige card .
#1 they gave me a job order for the repair m but in a wrong name.
my name is not same to the courier service ( air 21 )
my name Christopher Roxas was replaced Allan de Guzman
#2 Im not sure if the transaction will be successful
I gave my z3 compact to officer of ( air 21 ) courier of SONY
as I believe coz they have my address , office address of the main branch
the contact number of SONY REPAIR CENTER.
# 3 I haven't received a loaner unit , of a phone that should be given
while the phone is being repaired . " as part of having the so
called " PRIVILEGE ".
# 4 very inconvenient , I have to call SONY repair center from time to time before I got a feed back or a report if my query regarding my phone repair would be on process.
