Hello all,
today I got my new LiveView watch. The first thing I wanted to do is to load it for 2 hours. So I have plugged in the AC adapter, but nothing happened. No lamp was blinking. So I pushed the left button for testing, but also nothing happened.
If I push the right button, the Sony logo will come and the Live View wants to connect for 3 seconds. After that the display goes off again. But for the 3 seconds I can see that it is loading.
So I plugged in the AC adapter for 2 hours. After that I tried again, but if I push the on-off button nothing happens. Pushing it for 15 seconds make no changes.
Do anyone have an idea what I can do?
I've had an issue almost like yours. The device wont turn on. I have contacted the sales company and asked if I could return it.
I managed to get it working, but after I trying to charge the same thing happened.
When charging, the indicator on the left button should show red (turns green when fully charged).
@hotphil
That is clear. But as you can read in my first post no lamp is blinking. I dont see any lamp in red or green.
I'd try a new charger/micro-USB lead. If still no indicator light, a full reset (is it hold down left button for +15 seconds?) and see if the indicator works. If not, I'd be getting it replaced.
My unit died like one day after i got it..
I was able to charge it (red led that turned green after some time) but i could not turn it on. Nothing happened.
Got a full refund.
same happend to me just reset it. then turnd it on.
My device won't turn on after the initial charge. I've contacted the seller but no response yet. How did you get yours to work? I tried even pressing and holding for more than 15 seconds to reset it but still no use. It's dead as a brick!!! But whenever I connect the charger the LED glows red and then turns green after a while indicating the device is charged. Would save me a lot of hassle if I could turn it on.
