Live With Walkman (wt19i) Bluetooth Problem....

Hello everyone....

i am using Live With Walkman (wt19i) running on ics 4.0.4.

i am experiencing this problem from last two months. >>>

whenever i try to switch on bluetooth in my mobile ,my mobile gets switched off and it keeps rebooting again n again.

even booting in safe mode dosent works.

but repairing phone via sus solves this problem... and my mobile gets back to normal.....

another thing, this dosent happens every time i switch on the bluetooth... sometimes it works fine. it happens once in 4 to 5 attempts...

i am really tired of repairing my phone via sus....

please help....

That sounds very strange.
I recommend that you first make another repair of the phones software and then try the phone for a few days without restoring any backup or any 3:rd party apps. If the problem remains then i would contact a local service location for repairs.

Hey Rickard I am also facing same kind of problem here in Bangladesh.
I tried all the possible solution (eg : hard reset, not using third party software, used brand new micro SD card,update new firmware using Sony live manager,) But still the result is same as the Polly said above. Please help me in this issue . Im really fed up of continious rebooting problem while trying to send something via bluetooth.
For this i have allready gave up sharing data from my mobile, but few days ago my girlfriend try to share a photo taken from my mobile to her device and since then the rebooting continues.

I am really become very upset beacause i felt a very strong relation to the Brand name SONY.
please help me out.

N.B : I lived in Bangladesh so there is no service center of yours right now in bangladesh.

Hello Rickard...

I think this problem is not strange as there are other users who are also experiencing the same problem.... it should be a bug in ICS 4.0.4 (Build  4.1.B.0.587).

I haven't heard of this issue before but from what i can see in the other thread it only occours when you try to control bluetooth using a 3:rd party app?
What happens if you enabled/disable bluetooth from Settings or the phones own widget?

Hey Rickard,

I am also facing the same problem since it updated to ics build version  4.1.B.0.587.

The phone was working fine with build version  431.

The service centre said that its problem with ics update and installed ginger bread on my phone.

Please reply asap.

I am also facing this problem.It happen when I try to use bluetooth by click at bluetooth widget then my phone keep turning on and off whole night..tomorrow morning my phone is okay again but still cannot used the bluetooth.
