live with walkman call forward problem

hi,

my new live with walkman phone havind call divert problem.

calls are getting diverted while mobile is in unreachable network.

i tried to disable call forward while unreachable from call setting but its not working.

help me please.

Where are they diverting too? A number you pre-set for another divert action?

check your call settings...u must have enabled call forwarding option when not reachable...check status and disable it.

Actuly it is diverting to number which I preset. I tried to disable it but it is showing error.

And I do have another lww mobile on that this functions working smooth

Yes buddy .....i tried many times to disable it. But it is showing error.

Did u tried to use this sim in another phone and disable call forwarding, and then put it back in this LWW phone and see if the problem is resolved. I am saying this because call forwarding is enable at operator level and not at phone level...just a quess work...may help

If this doesn't help then I think factory reset is the only option, and if that also doesn't work then repairing thru PC Companian should be tried...but u will loose ur phone memory data (so backup ur contacts & msgs)...good luck
