lifelog only show last 12 days data

i like smartband and lifelog app,but there are something wrong with the data of lifelog.my communication  move/tv  games books browsing only show the last 12 days,and the day before 12 days are gone. i try to refresh ,reinsinall the app or change phone the problem still. the data of for example  walking ,running,sleeping looks pretty well,they show me the date from may i use this app. i guess that maybe my date in the serve with some problem.my sen account is   please help to fix this problem,thanks very much~

I have called them and i dont get an answer of the question. It seems that many people have the same problem.
