I, too, just received an SWR10 SmartBand. I created a LifeLog account and received the email with the link to activate the account and all of that went as expected. When I attempt to log into the LifeLog application, I receive an "Unrecognized Username / Password" message. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. I then attempted to change my password. After entering my username, which is my email address, I click the next button and, after waiting a minute or two, I get a "Proxy server unavailable" message. I tried this several times with the same result each time. Interestingly, I used the same username (email address) and password to log into this forum and I was accepted. Therefore, I have to assume that my registration was successful. It boils down to a login issue. My credentials are not recognized when I attempt to log into LifeLog. Obviously, the SWR10 SmartBand is of absolutely no use whatsoever without the LifeLog access to transfer the collected data to. A $75 collection of plastic and rubber. I was wondering if Sony disabled access to the application while they investigate the unfortunate recent events?
