Lifelog blank page unable to connect

Hello,

I just receive my Sony SmartBand SWR10, I downloaded theLifeLog application on my phone (One Plus One), but on each page when I need to connect (LifeLog, Sony, or Google account), the page is blank and I can't do more.

Please help me. :'(

What is the problem? Why can't you create the account?

Yeah Sony got hacked (another time) for Xmas. For now the service is unavailable, we need to wait a bit.

Hi,
I am having issues with setting up an account too. I spent a long time chatting to someone at sony who said it may be a temporary issue. They were not sure but it may be connected to recent events. Advice was to wait 24 hours and try again and then if not working still, try resetting the phone. I dont think resetting will help, but worth a try. Seems as though it is an issue for a few people and likely to be connected to a bigger problem at Sony.
