lifelog animation problem

Hi all,

The play button in the lifelog does not work or provide the entire day animations anymore? donno what is the reason.

Tried clearing cache and data, but still doesn't work.

Anybody having this problem or could provide a solution for this?

Yes. Have tried out all those stuff.

I don't see any other option other than uninstall and reinstall the app but I'm not sure if it will delete your data (it shouldn't)

Infact its been like this long time, i had uninstalled it and was not using it.

With this 4.4.4 upgrade, lifelog cannot be uninstalled, hence thought would have got rectified, but has gone bad.

Infact, the counter is also not counting steps properly now, previously that used to be precise.

Settings > location > mode > high accuracy and check again

Do you have any taskiller or antivirus apps?

Yes, the location mode is high accuracy.

I do have Clean Master & CM security.

Tried that too. But still doesn't work..

I tried the animation in my wife z1 compact and it works perfectly. i uninstalled Clear Master, some theme, CM browser.. But still doesn't work..
