my led is not working,and for some reason my message tone is not doing fully ,its only partly sounding,any idea s plz?

your SD card won't be affected at all, since it will ONLY erase everything you have stored on your internal memory

I would suggest some other steps to ensure you don't lose any data and you can restore your settings, apps, etc faster

just to play it safe sync your contacts w/ google if you haven't already

open your phonebook

press MENU button -> tap on Send Contacts -> select all -> send it to your email

on your computer

-> download the file -> go to your gmail -> click on contacts -> click on more actions -> on the drop down menu click on "import" -> choose the file -> and click import

you can backup your SMS/MMS w/o using the Backup & Restore app (which will be faster)

Install "backup SMS" to back up your SMS and MMS to your Gmail

Don't worry so much about backing up your apps

on your computer go to

market.android.com -> log in -> click on My Library -> and send all your apps to your phone

Make sure Light Settings after that Change Track of the Light Section of the PCB of the cell phone and Jumper if necessary. If the problem is not solved there will be fault in these parts like the Light IC, Power IC.
