my led is not working,and for some reason my message tone is not doing fully ,its only partly sounding,any idea s plz?

or you could've went to the notificiation settings and uncheck something

go to your messaging app -> Menu -> settings -> make sure notifications is selected

ive checked my message settings it was the first thing i done

i dont have handcent or blink,ive gone on the market,com and checked all my downloads and i havent downloaded anything since 1 july,my led was fine last nite

try to reboot your phone, if doesn't solve the issue backup everything then

settings -> privacy -> factory reset

if it doesn't solve it then try Update Service to repair your phone

Xperia x10 can be set up a lot of different ways. Mine uses android 2.2 for example and some folks use 2.1 and some still using 1.6 how is your phone set up?

im on the backup data now,its showing bookmarks,call log,contacts,market apps,multimedia messages,playnow,system settings,text messages all ticked,photos dont get backed up???,does that mean i take my sd card out before i reset??
