LED blinks red

hi guys, i have a prob w/ my T2, there is a red light blinking in the outerside of the screen, can you help me about this, thanks...

Have you placed it on charge for around 2 hours or tried holding volume up and power untill you feel 3 quick vibrations then leaving it on charge
