Kitkat and stamina mode

Iv'e updated to kitkat at long last and stamina mode is still active as it was before update but I do not have a icon in my notification bar anymore? Is it still active???

On my Z1 it still shows up.Disable stamina mode,go to settings-apps-all-eco mode controller,force stop and clear data.Restart your phone.

Just noticed little plus sign on battery icon, is yours the same?

I like the interface,I kind of feel it smoother than 4.3.But I do not like that even though I have more free RAM,in Antutu the score did not improve.
