keyboard probs after update

when i touch the spacebar on keyboard i get a full stop come up as well as a space.this has only started after update,also google search has stopped,get message saying unfortunately google search has stopped.when i send a report does any one actually notice these things

go to settings>language and input> tap xperia keyboard setting>text input setting>  and turn uick full stop off
