Hi there,

I have the same problem but blocked letters are different!! lol "z" and "c" ans "s" and sometimes it works and some it is not working again. "t" was blocked and now works...

both start  mode was done and same problem. but the sms application seems tobe so slow in the change of display for example.

If you are experiencing the same issue in safe mode, try a software repair and see if there's any resolution.

I am facing the same problem.

out of nowhere yesterday some characters on the screen cant be typed.

for example: holding the phone upright i cannot type the letters e , s , d , g , j , z , x , v , n

if I turn the phone sideways I cant type the letters: a , s , d , f , g , h , j , k , l (basically the whole middle row. whiever letter I try to press the one above it is typed.)

Anybody else had this?

Welcome to the community.

Try the steps above, but if you are having no luck please test the touch screen by going to Settings > About Phone > Diagnostics > Test > Touch Screen. See if any areas of the touch screen are not working.

it doesn't work, if you start on the letter "a" (azerty keyboard) and put your finger and deplace it on the right, "a" letter is selected then "z" also but "e" is unreachable even if you let your finger on the letter for a long time. if you deplace it just a little on the right or the left the leeter on each side of the "e" are selected but not the "e".

called the After Sale and they simply changed the phone as under warranty.
