Keyboard problem

Hey everyone,

I have this very strange keyboard problem which I've never seen before. Sometimes, when I want to use the keyboard for texting or something, I can tap the letters or use swype all I want but nothing happens, letters do just not appear. It doesn't depend on which keyboard I use, cause both the default and keyboards from the play store seem to have this issue. I searched online if anyone has experienced the same thing, but I couldn't find it anywhere.

Hopefully you know where it comes from and how I can fix this, cause it's really, really annoying and it happens more often every day.

It is odd that you have the same problem across multiple keyboards. With this in mind I would advise running a repair on the phone:

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
4.     Click repair phone.
5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.
