I have experienced that my keyboard suddenly changes to Chinese (or if it is Japanese I don't know). First time I went back to factory settings and lost all my contacts. How can I get back to "normal" keyboard without being so drastic? Someone????
Which phone model and which Android version do you have on the phone? Check under settings > about phone.
