key pad not working

Hi,

I have k550I model. Suddenly the round key is not working. That is not able to navigate up or down and left or right. Kindly help me what needs to be checked.

Try running the SE Update service on your phone, followed by a "phone repair" via PC suite if the software update doesn't fix the problem.

I f the software repair dosen't work, you can use the number keypad to open your menus.Just open menu and hit a number key.:smileyhappy:I like this option! :smileygrin:
