Jive appears to be a third party app (is this the app?), there's little that your local support will be able to do to assist you with this.
I recommend resetting the camera app by going to Settings > Apps > All > Jive > Clear Data > Force Stop.
Make sure that the app is completely up to date in the Play Store too.
If this does not help, you will need to contact the developer of the app for assistance.
