Hi Sony,

Im using Xperia Neo V. While trying to update the latest software, Im getting an error message "Phone software update currently unavailable". Please suggest me how to resolve this issue.

It sounds like there could be a problem with PCC. I suggest that that you try using SUS instead.

But you should know that there is no plan for releasing any Jelly Bean update for Xperia Neo V.

Thanks Johan..I have got a notification saying that New System update 4.1 available. Thats why thought of updating the new one.
