Jelly Bean update not working

Hi,

I have received the Jelly bean update for my Xperia P phone but seems the update is not working for me.

I had downloaded the JB update using my phone, it is completed 99% and says "Could not download".

I tried for 3 times, for 3 times i received the same message.

Then i tried using PC Companion, Even this was downloaded the update to 99% and waited for 1hours but it didn't completed 100%.

The update i received was 6.2.A.0.400 (Size of the file shows 315.6 MB)

Please advise.

This issue had been reported by some other users too. better u update using SUS or PCC. its foolproof.

what is SUS where can get that????

Got the same problem. How long did it take you to download the update using SUS?

Are you having a decent internet connection?It should not take long.

the update failed and when i switched on my phone, the display is faded on the sides of the screen. how to fix this? help please. i tried to restart it but nothing changed.
