Its not JB its an ICS ROM with touchwhiz launcher. Let it go there are better ROMs check out the ones Jatin posted links of they are good!!

btw if u are rooted then there is an app which converts ur ui into samsung s3 ui perfectly....

but rooting is required if u want it because it has to be run as system app not like other home launchers cz this one is perfecly s3 launcher

btw the new xperia ui ausome...even autorotate works in desktop too...
