Hello,
I have a Xperia P (bought without simlock) running official 6.1.1.B.1.54 (ICS 4.0.4) (not rooted), bought in Germany and used in Spain networks. I've read two months ago updates to Jelly Bean are available, however my terminal still informs no update is available using FOTA or Sony PC Companion.
I know other users in Spain have received the upgrade, but mine still not.
Somebody knows when will be available JB updates for unlocked phones in Spain?
Many thanks!
Try to use Sony update service to check for the update. You can also try to reinstall PCC or flash JB manually(which may void your warrant by the way)

We're now rolling out the Jelly Bean update for Sony Xperia P
It may not be available for all countries/operators yet but try updating using PC Companion/Update service.
Availability and rollout timing will vary by market and customer variants
If your phone is from Germany then it's not depending on the updates in Spain, maybe you can contact the contact center in Germany:
